I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Hammersmith station in a lovely village setting with plenty of shops and dining options nearby. The rooms were quiet despite being on the Heathrow flight path, well-designed, and fresh, but could use a couple of extras. The service was top-notch, especially with arranging an early check-in due to a flight delay and providing delicious dishes despite being busy. Dining was a good idea with some minimal options available. Overall, a great spot with friendly service!

I appreciated the separate entrance to the rooms, which provided some privacy. The service was extraordinarily friendly and attentive, especially from Nassir and the managers, although there was an incident of them knocking and opening my door early before checkout. The location was superb for events at the Eventim Apollo and walking distance to a tube station, making it convenient for my needs, although slightly remote. Dining options were a bit limited, but the breakfast at Spoonful was enjoyable. Overall, a stay with both highlights and drawbacks.
